Process quality

The Faculty of Sciences follows FAU’s guiding principle of a process oriented quality management.
Responsibilities are clearly defined, which facilitates a quick workflow. The modeling of processes creates transparency for all involved parties.Due to this clearly structured process established FAU members are able to tackle new tasks more efficiently and new members find support during their settling-in-period. Central processes in teaching and learning are:

• Implementation of new degree programmes and drafting of the respective examination regulations
• Further development of degree programmes and changes to the examination regulations
• Matrix-development
• Recognition of qualifications
